Namkeen Swiss Rolls

Ingredients:
3 Bread slices
 Tomato ketchup
 Green chutney(Grind coriander, chilies, mint and some salt)
Aluminum foil
Method:
1.       Remove sides of the bread slice
2.       Put few drops of water on a slice and make it damp
3.       Roll a rolling pin(belan) on the slice to make it flat. Repeat these steps for all the bread slices
4.       Apply tomato ketchup on 1st slice. Place 2nd slice on it and then apply green chutney on it. Place 3rd slice on this green chutney.
5.       Place this flat sandwich on a aluminum foil and shape it in to a roll with the help of this foil
6.       Drape the foil around the roll and refrigerate it for 10 mins (to set the shape)
7.       Cut this roll in to pieces while serving

Homemade eggless cooker cake

Homemade eggless cooker cake
Ingredients:
1 cup Maida/all purpose flour
1 cup chiroti rawa/fine sooji
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup milk, ½ cup curd
Vanilla essence 3-4 drops
1 teaspoon Baking soda

Method:
1.       Beat curd, milk and sugar in a bowl (preferably with hand mixer/stirrer)
2.       Seive maida+ baking soda and mix them with rawa. Divide this in to 3 parts
3.       Keep adding this mixture to beaten ingredients part by part.
4.       Add vanilla essence & Mix well in to a batter
5.       Take a vessel (appropriate for your cooker/steamer) and put butter paper on to it
6.       Pour the batter in that vessel
7.       Steam this vessel with cake batter for 10-15 mins on high flame
8.       Take it out of the cooker & allow the cake to cool for 15-20 mins.
9.       Your homemade cake is ready , Refrigerate it for better taste

Moong Dal Dosa

Ingredients:
1cup spilt green moong dal
1 cup Rice (preferably boiled rice)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method:
1.       Wash & Soak Moong Dal and Rice in water for 3 hrs
2.       Drain excess water & grind in to paste
3.       Cover & allow to ferment for 8 hrs
4.       Add salt & some water to adjust batter consistency
5.       Make dosas
